Sales Manager Large Scale

 

Based in our Madrid Office, the selected person will be part of the experienced sales team. Her or his great challenges will be a first-class key account manager of corporate customers based in Spain and Portugal, as well as develop new business with key PV actors in these regions within the utility-scale PV plant market segment mainly also the residential and C&I segments will apply.

 

Your contribution to the big picture

 

  • You are responsible for the sales of inverters and solutions for solar systems as well as the associated communications technology.
  • You develop long lasting relationships by providing professional technical solutions, consultancy and product training for our innovative solar inverter’s solutions to the key accounts.
  • You maintain and expand business with existing local key accounts and acquires new distribution partners and direct customers (Ai EPCs and Developers)
  • You prepare, lead and follow up tenders for photovoltaic projects (national and international)
  • You carry out market research, prepare forecast according to customer expectations.
  • You act as a close liaison with the local Sales Director and the Global sales and product management department
  • You contribute to cross- and service-product bundle selling
  • You participate in trade shows and conferences actively

 

 

Your capabilities are requested

 

  • You have a high graded Bachelor´s degree, better a Master, in Electrical Engineering with a keen affinity for technical products
  • You represent a combination of a strong customer-oriented sales professional and an engineer, who has at least 4 years of working experience in the direct, indirect selling and distribution of sophisticated technical products, ideally in a multinational company
  • Evident Experience in utility Solar project Business
  • Your Spanish and English communication skills are excellent
  • High motivated and dynamic approach to sales
  • Strongly Success-oriented and flexible team player
  • Past experience in sales involving local clients is an advantage
  • Availability to travel: 80 % of your time
  • Location: Madrid
