Description
We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. In this strategic role, you’ll partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical architecture while guiding cross-functional teams through successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design: Create robust, scalable Salesforce architecture aligned with business objectives and technical standards.
Platform Optimization: Identify and implement enhancements that improve system performance, data integrity, and usability.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business, product, and IT teams to understand needs and ensure alignment with the overall enterprise architecture.
Governance & Best Practices: Establish architectural standards, code quality controls, and integration patterns to ensure consistency and reliability.
Team Enablement & Leadership: Mentor developers and admins, offering guidance on architecture, design patterns, and emerging Salesforce technologies.
Qualification and Skills
· You have a university degree in computer science or economics with a technical background and professional experience, e.g. as an IT consultant, developer or IT architect (10yrs +)
· You have a very good command of English
· You have a good understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud)
· You are ideally familiar with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies
· You have strong communication skills, goal orientation and the ability to work in a team
· You have experience in agile working methods in an international team
· You are open to new challenges and ready to expand your knowledge
