Currently we are looking for:

IT Professional Security Operations & Network

 

Location: Modlniczka, nearby Kraków

 

Purpose of the position:

              Ensure proper operation of the company's computer network and implement, optimize and maintain systems to support IT security monitoring.

Your role:

  • Support in implementing IT solutions taking into account IT guidelines, IT specifications, IT methods and processes, IT architecture and securing IT qualification standards,
  • Global IT Support in all infrastructure domains,
  • End-to-End issue coordination,
  • Responsible for processing all IT service requests through the corporate ticketing system incl. CMDB/CMS,
  • Provides updates, written and oral reports as required,
  • Consults with outside vendors as required,
  • Monitoring and maintenance of the existing environment,
  • Implementation, optimization and maintenance of systems supporting IT security monitoring,
  • Creation, modification and maintenance of technical documentation and procedures for IT security systems,
  • Conducting internal IT security audits,
  • Cooperation with other IT branches to ensure high security of the organization,
  • Resolution of incidents reported by IT security monitoring systems.
     

What we require:

  • Good knowledge in network solutions based on vendor Cisco Systems: switches, routers, NAC (Cisco ISE), wireless infrastructure components, dynamic routing protocols,
  • Certifications or equivalent knowledge: CCNA,
  • Knowledge of VPN, IPS, DLP, Proxy and Firewall Solutions, Load Balancers, Traffic Optimizers,
  • At least 1 years of experience in a similar IT support role is required, preferably in a corporate environment,
  • Knowledge of network services DNS, DHCP, IPAM, NTP,
  • Knowledge of issues related to the management of corporate antivirus systems,
  • Experience in the field of IT security,
  • Knowledge of IT security practices and standards,
  • Knowledge of attack vectors against networks,
  • Knowledge of Office 365 products (Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Intune),
  • Knowledge of high availability environments, disaster recovery, monitoring & IT security,
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Azure or AWS ecosystem and integration into existing landscapes,
  • ITIL V3 or 4 Foundation certificate is a plus,
  • Familiarity with ServiceDesk tools like Matrix 42SD or Jira SD is a plus,
  • German is a plus,
  • Must have a highly developed sense of good customer service and have good communication skills, both verbal and written,
  • Desire to learn new technologies,
  • Acting as a team player,
  • Ability to work well in culturally diverse environment,
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems,
  • Behavior aligned to an Agile Mindset – Values & Principles.
