Role Objective
The Partner Program Specialist is responsible for the management and administration of the partner programs, focusing particularly on Solar Partners and installers. The role includes ensuring the effective implementation of partnership strategies, monitoring performance, and providing continuous support to the involved partners. This role works closely with the sales team to align on the pipeline and onboarding of new Solar Partners
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Partner Program contracts and Partner Bonus system.
• Handle the onboarding process for new Solar Partners, including issuing fees, registering contracts, and entering customer data into Salesforce.
• Record new partners on the SMA website and in the Pardot list.
• Assign leads generated from the Solar Calculator to Salesforce.
• Manage the Solar Partner’s participation in the platform and ensure their correct registration.
• Oversee the Partner Bonus for Solar Partners and the Cashback campaign for installers, including sending communications, verifying data, and activating profiles in Salesforce.
• Monitor and resolve any access issues related to Bonus/Cashback portals.
• Collaborate with the central team to address critical issues and align on Bonus/Cashback management.
• Verify banking and payment details to ensure accurate bonus/cashback distribution.
• Manage contracts with external suppliers for events and promotional materials.
• Analyze warehouse stock and approve related invoices.
• Monitor and analyze Salesforce dashboards regarding Solar Partner and installer registrations.
• Prepare reports on installation progress and cross-reference data to assess campaign effectiveness and partner performance.
• Provide support to installers for serial number uploads and portal access issues.
• Send updated communications about campaigns, promotions, and important deadlines.
Requirements
Proven experience in partner program management or a related field, preferably in the renewable energy
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and related tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Experience in managing supplier contracts and materials.
• Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Willingness to contribute to continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.
