SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (m/k)

 

Location: Opolska, Kraków

 

Purpose of the position:

             

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple job families, primarily within the Polish market, while supporting hiring activities across Germany and selected European regions. This role ensures a high-quality candidate experience, maintains recruiting process standards, and contributes to sourcing strategies and system optimization.

 

 

Your role:

 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from requisition intake to successful hiring, across various job families in Poland and Germany 
  • Support active sourcing and direct candidate outreach through social media channels for Germany and selected European markets. 
  • Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process. 
  • Publish job advertisements and perform application screening and pre-selection of candidates.  
  • Support recruitment reporting and recruiting data analysis.  
  • Assist with recruitment system administration, including templates, user access rights, and user support  
  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of recruitment data and records.  
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.

 

 

What we require:

 

  • Master or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Candidate sourcing and talent acquisition.  
  • Recruitment administration.  
  • Job posting management.  
  • Application screening and pre-selection.  
  • Recruitment reporting and analytics.  
  • Recruitment systems administration (templates, access rights, support).  
  • Understanding of labor market trends and recruiting best practices
  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting  
  • LinkedIn 
  • Workday Recruiting  
  • Social media recruiting tools
  • Fluent English and German language skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
