SCAS Specialist Logistics Inventory Management (m/k)

 

Currently we are looking for:

 

SCAS - Specialist Logistics Inventory Management (m/k)

 

Location: Opolska, Kraków

 

 

Purpose of the position:

 

Ensuring seamless international material availability in the aftersales business through efficient commercial order processing and strategic inventory management, with the objective of maximizing customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage commercial order handling within After Sales for devices and materials in an international inventory management environment.
  • Continuously monitor and control return processes from international subsidiaries.
  • Review inventory levels and ensure material availability, including inventory-related transactions in SAP.
  • Act as the primary contact for international subsidiaries regarding material availability, inventory matters, and process-related topics.
  • Create system-relevant process and user documentation and provide training to colleagues in the subsidiaries.
  • Contribute to projects focused on continuous process improvement.
  • Analyze KPIs, conduct research, prepare decision-making materials, and coordinate reviews and monitoring activities with relevant stakeholders.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or Logistics.
  • Solid experience in order processing nad inventory management.
  • German and English language skills at minimum B2 level.
  • Advanced SAP knowledge.
  • Experience in project management will be an advantage.
  • Strong team player with flexibility, commitment, and excellent analytical capabilities.
  • Self-driven and conscientious personality with a strong results-oriented and proactive mindset.
