Online Channel Manager * Service

As an Online Channel Manager you are part of an international and gloabl acting team, which takes care of a smooth and customer-friendly operation of our service portal. The focus is on achieving a "smart", intuitive and time-saving application for our customers. This position can be operated remotely from your home.


 
Your contribution 
 
You are responsible for the SMA Service Portal to increase the self service possibilities for our customers
You will ensure the development and implementation of processes to meet requirements and performance goals
You are responsible for regularly conducting customer journeys and deriving optimization needs
You analyze, evaluate, monitor and create reports and definitions of appropriate KPI's
You design and support a smooth collaboration of all relevant interfaces within the self-service end-to-end processes
You are responsible for the implementation of requirements, test and system changes within the service portal processes.
 
Your skills 
 
You have a degree in business administration or comparable training
You have several years of professional experience in the described field and international environment
You are confident in working with Salesforce applications
You speak English as a working language (corresponding to at least level B2) 
You are solution-oriented and have strong conflict and communication skills
