Verantwortung: Als Scrum Master:in entwickelst du mit dem Team größere Effektivität, förderst mit passenden Methoden und Praktiken wirksame Selbstorganisation und beseitigst Störungen

Moderation: Du moderierst Scrum- und SAFe-Events und unterstützt den Product Owner im effektiven Product Backlog Management

Coaching: In deiner neuen Rolle berätst, planst, trainierst und coachst du bei der Einführung von Scrum und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Scrum Prinzipien und Praktiken

Kommunikation: Du beförderst Agilität im Unternehmen und unterstützt alle Stakeholder bei der Kommunikation mit dem Team

Community: Du bist Teil unserer Agile Community, die kollegiale Unterstützung und Weiterbildung bietet
Deine Fähigkeiten sind gefragt

Bildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung

Erfahrungen: Praktische Berufserfahrung von mindestens 2-3 Jahren als Scrum Master oder Agile Coach (idealerweise mit entsprechender Zertifizierung) sind notwendig

Projektmanagement: Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit einem fachlichen Führungsstil für agile Teams

Arbeitsweise: Eigenverantwortliches und selbstständiges Arbeiten sowohl vor Ort am Standort in Kassel als auch remote (hybrid)

Kommunikation: Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch)
