Our Project Managers have full responsibility of a project from signature of a contract to the commissioning of the system. They drive the project team pro-actively towards deliverable results and practical solutions throughout the entire project execution phase.
Your contribution to the “big picture“
- You manage Large-scale customer projects in the field of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Hybrid Power Projects or hydrogen (Power to Gas) in line with the Altenso Project Management Framework
- You ensure the completion of deliverables and adherence to contractual timelines (scheduling)
- You are the interface to all external and internal project stakeholders (e.g. customer, team members, in-house specialists, subcontractors) and participate in site visits and meetings as needed
- You are responsible for the contract management of the overall contracted and sub-contracted scope
- You identify risks and opportunities throughout the project execution phase, implement mitigation plans and ensure a specific timely reporting
Required skills:
- Engineering degree or degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on the energy industry
- First professional experience as Project Manager, in the energy, EPC, construction or utility sector is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a structured approach to work
- English at C1 level; German or other languages are an advantage
