The role will be placed in Istanbul, hired in a growing team, and reporting to Sales Director for Turkey.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Leads the service organization in Turkey in coordination with the SMA service partner.
  • Ensures and optimizes all service processes.
  • Creates a flexible organization ready for growth as well as seasonal variation.
  • Exhibits our first-class service approach to the customer in order to support business development.
  • Monitors and ensures the Service team’s key performance indicators.
  • Ensures strong partnership with the SMA service organization.

 

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or any educational training in the electro-technical field with proven experience in professional customer after-sales service management
  • At least three years of experience in a similar leadership role
  • Good understanding of high voltage and measurement equipment, the local energy market as well as occupational health and safety regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP; a basic understanding of IP network technology would be advantageous.
  • Class B driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel around the country and attend training in Germany as required.
  • Very good Turkish and English language skills; German language skills would be an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills and being able to interact with customers in a positive and professional manner.
  • Good independent work skills and highly organized
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
