Description:
As a Senior Software Developer, you will lead and collaborate with the software development team to create high-quality applications that meet user requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of coding languages and software development programs. Success in this position is demonstrated by the development of robust, user-centric applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop Software: Create innovative software solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring functionality and user satisfaction.
- Implement Latest Techniques: Continuously update and enhance software using the latest technologies and best practices to maintain cutting-edge performance.
- Generate Development Reports: Produce detailed reports on the development process and application performance to inform stakeholders and guide future improvements.
- Lead and Mentor Teams: Provide direction and mentorship to software development teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Conduct System Analyses: Perform thorough system analyses to identify and address weaknesses, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of software applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development.
- Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong expertise in iOS, Android, and UI design.
- Proven experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.
