We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP GRC & Authorization Consultant with 10 to 15 years of expertise in SAP security and authorization management. In this role, you will design and implement robust SAP authorization solutions, ensuring compliance with audit guidelines and enhancing our IT security framework. If you have a passion for SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), access management, and security optimization, we want to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • SAP Authorization Design & Implementation

    Develop and implement secure and scalable SAP authorization solutions across our IT landscape, ensuring compliance with SAP security best practices.

  • Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Management

    Oversee SAP GRC operations, ensuring risk mitigation, compliance adherence, and continuous improvement in security processes.

  • Audit & Compliance Support

    Work closely with internal auditors and external compliance teams to resolve authorization issues, ensuring adherence to SAP audit guidelines.

  • Consultation & Stakeholder Collaboration

    Advise business units on SAP authorization requirements, support global key users, and provide training on security and compliance best practices.

  • Optimization & Continuous Improvement

    Develop and automate SAP authorization structures, manage external service providers, and enhance SAP public cloud solutions with advanced authorization frameworks.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • 10 to 15 years of professional experience in SAP authorizations and security

  • Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, SAP GRC, and SAP Fiori authorization concepts

  • Experience in SAP implementation and security redesign projects

  • Strong analytical skills with a structured and independent working style

  • Excellent English and German language skills (written and verbal)

 

Preferred Competencies & Certifications:

 

  • SAP ADM900: SAP System Security Fundamentals

  • SAP ADM910: SAP Authorization Concept

  • SAP ADM940: Authorization Concept for SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Suite

  • SAP ADM945: Authorization Concept for SAP Fiori on SAP S/4HANA

  • SAP ADM950: Secure SAP System Management

  • SAP HAHC94: SAP HANA – Authorizations, Scenarios, and Security Requirements

  • SAP GRC100: Principles of SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance

  • SAP GRC300: SAP Access Control Implementation and Configuration
