Description: We are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Software Development to lead our Competence Center and drive innovation. Responsibilities:
- Leading the Development Department: Take responsibility for the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to align on strategic goals and ensure that development projects meet company objectives.
- Team Management: Oversee all activities of the software development teams and set goals to ensure adherence to agile delivery principles.
- Budget and Resource Management: Manage software development budgets and expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Employee Development: Conduct performance evaluations and identify training and development needs to continuously improve team skills.
Requirements:
- Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with at least 15 years of experience.
- Language Skills: Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience: Proven experience in building, developing, and leading development teams.
- Hiring Skills: Extensive experience in hiring software experts.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent mentoring and coaching abilities.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Outstanding analytical and communication skills to solve complex problems.
